Testimonials
Dear Glenn;
I just want you to know how very much we appreciate the miracles you have wrought with Mona. As you know she is a rescue dog who roamed the streets in Riverside. The lady that ran the rescue service told us she didn't like other dogs and we found out immediately that she was terrified of being on a lead. She had had no training so she was a clean slate. One of my bridge partners told us about you so we thought it was certainly worth a try.
You can imagine our delight with the wonders you have brought about.
I told you I didn't want her spirit broken. Well, you never even raise your voice to her but somehow magically she does what you want her to do.
She gets along well with other dogs so we don't have that worry and she walks on a lead, she comes when we call and has turned into a pleasure to have around. She has certainly found her place in our home.
I told you I didn't want a highly trained dog. I wanted her to retain her own personality but to be gentle and a good friend. And that is exactly what happened and for that we all thank you. Especially Mona.
If anyone would like to talk with us, feel free to give them our number.
Thank you Glenn.

Glenn has been a savior for Sky. In fact, I think Sky
looks more
forward to seeing Glenn than he does me. When my husband and I had
rescued Sky, he was a little over 4 years old and out of control on
walks. I felt like Linus being pulled by Snoopy. I had used the
services of 1 trainer for a few sessions shortly after getting Sky
(required by the rescue society), with minimal improvement, as I still
had to use a "gentle leader" to stop Sky from pulling on leash.
I was
told by that trainer, several dog owners and 1 vet (who Sky no longer see's) that I would never get Sky off of that
contraption. To boot,
Sky developed an ear infection which necessitated ear drops. Holding
a tall Golden Retriever's head to put in the ear drops is next to impossible when you're under 5
feet tall. Luckily, at that time, Glenn was recommended to us as a
trainer.
Without raising his voice, just by gently touching Sky and
talking to him, Glenn turned to me and asked, "How many drops does he
need in the ear?" Glenn had me practice the technique. Given
that I
now have to flush his ears twice a week, I probably would have wound
up in a body cast if it weren't for Glenn. And, as for that "gentle
leader", Glenn had time to take Sky out for a quick little outing.
When the doorbell rang, I saw Sky sitting very calmly in front of our
gate without the "gentle leader" on . I opened the door, and
Glenn
told him to go in. Sky obeyed. Glenn handed me the "gentle
leader"
and said I would never have to use that again. Glenn was right - Sky
has never used it since.
Glenn is also one of the most reliable people I know. If he's going
to be late, he calls. I
honestly don't know what we'd do without his services or his
friendship. He's one of the most trustworthy people I know.
He is truly wonderful, unique, patient, kind, giving,
respectful - I could go on and on. If more people were like Glenn,
the world would be a better place.
Pack Walking

Glenn has been "a dream come true".
He is reliable, responsible and excellent with the dogs. He sends us pictures and video of our dog on her walks. It's amazing how much control he has over all of the dogs! It's great to see how much fun Addison is having with him. Sometimes we are home when Glenn comes to pick up Addison and you should see the smile on her face when he arrives. Feel free to contact me with any questions! kellyccrossley@yahoo.com
Hi Glenn & Team,
I just wanted to thank you all
so much for the wonderful care you consistently give to our Bando. We
know that making sure he's safe is a little extra work given the scars
on his back, but you have helped us find a successful
solution (the
all-weather jackets!) so that he
can run around and play with his pals.
We are so appreciative of the extra love you've show him and your
concern for his physical well being.
Pet/House Sitting
We are so thankful to have found Glenn!
My
husband and I have 3 kids and 2 bulldogs named Stanley and Walter- both are
still pups. We have not been able to go on a family vacation for more than 3
days at a time because we don’t trust anyone to take care of our dogs. For
those of you who have bulldogs, you know they are very set in their routines,
try and eat everything and do not like being out of their ordinary
surroundings.
A friend suggested I meet Glenn- and in the first seconds, he immediately was
on the ground wrestling & playing with Stanley and Walter. We decided to go
to
Unfortunately- when we were gone, Walter became very ill and it is because of
Glenn’s incredible judgement- Walter is alive today. Glenn noticed something
wasn’t right, without hesitation got into his
car headed to sf- waiting outside our vet’s
hospital at 7:30 am. He called the doctor and
explained the symptoms, but more importantly said- “we are right outside!”
wasting no time.
Our
Vet said that it is truly because of Glenn that our dog is still with us.
Glenn is so great with “the boys” as he calls them- he sends me photo’s and
texts me with updates throughout the day- I feel secure they are being loved and
having a fun time. The last time Glenn took the dogs for the day, our family was scheduled to come home around
10pm- we opened the door and their was soft classical music playing on the tv –
Stanley and Walter sitting on the couch- looking especially relaxed!
We love and trust Glenn!
